As you pack your clothes and equipment, use this list to keep track of what you take to camp. Also, half of
this sheet is an information sheet for the high school student counselor's family with a telephone number and
address of camp.

Form for Counselors
This form may also be picked up at your high school after you are selected to
be a counselor. It must be filled in completely and taken to the Outdoor School
Counselor Introductory PreCamp' meeting at East School on Monday, September
15th at 3:30 PM.

Information and Counselor Expectations
Reading this information is a MUST for any person who wants to be
a camp counselor. Don't sign up to be a counselor if you cannot comply with what is stated on this sheet!
Permission
Form for Counselors
This permission form may also be obtained at your high school after you have
been selected to be a counselor. It must be filled in completely, signed by
a parent/guardian, and taken to the Counselor Introductory PreCamp Meeting at
East School on Monday, September 15th at 4:00 PM.
