Adult Clothing List This is a list of suggested items for staff to take to camp.

Adult Clothing Checklist This a checklist of clothing and supplies packed for camp that the adult can check over at the end of camp to make sure everything is going home that came to camp.

Adult Health Form This form needs to be completed and mailed to TCODS prior to camp or taken to camp with the person it pertains to.

Adult Memorandum of Understanding This sheet needs to be read and signed by each adult participating in camp. It should be taken to camp with the person it pertains to.

Entertainment Book '13 Information and Order Form The Entertainment Books are very cheap ways to eat out in different and wonderful restaurants. The offers include nice restaurants, fast foods, sporting events, store coupons etc.

Information for the Adult's Family This is information for the adult's family to keep posted that includes the camp phone number and address and other information.

Outdoor School Rules for Adults This information is provided so there is a clear understanding of what the expectations are for adults in camp.

Novelties Order Forms This a description and order form for sweatshirts, tee-shirts, hats, bags and metal water bottles.
